All plans require members to:
- Self-certify as either a high-net worth investor or a sophisticated investor every 365 days, in line with our FCA partners requirements.
- Complete a frictionless know-your-customer and anti-money laundering check every 365 days with our automated KYC/AML partners.
- Sign the Found member agreement, to confirm compliance with our code of conduct, and to ensure that sensitive materials and financial promotions are not disclosed beyond Found’s exclusive network.
